Turning Knowledge into Action

The Story behind CMEM

For over 17 years, I have worked at the intersection of psychology, behaviour and performance.

My professional background includes extensive clinical training and experience in private practice, as well as work with one of the UK’s leading mental health providers. I have worked with hundreds of people across the UK, France and the United States from a wide range of professional backgrounds, including business, academia, sport and the arts.

Over the course of my career, I developed the Conscious Mind Empowerment Method (CMEM) as a practical way of helping people understand the internal barriers that can get in the way of meaningful change and learn to respond differently.

Drawing on ACT, CBT, Metacognitive Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Compassion Focused Therapy, CMEM brings together evidence-informed principles within a structured approach to psychological and behavioural change.
